WIPJar Terms of Service

Effective: August 13, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Kiwi Bar, Inc. ("WIPJar," "we"), 29 West 36th Street, New York, NY 10018. By creating an account or using WIPJar you accept them. The WIPJar Privacy Policy is part of these terms.

Eligibility and accounts

WIPJar is for business use. You must be at least 18, use a work email address, and provide accurate information. Sign-in is passwordless; you are responsible for the security of your email account. Each user belongs to one WIPJar organization.

Organizations

The first user from an organization becomes its administrator. Administrators approve join requests, send invitations, and manage members and connected mailboxes. Your organization — not any individual member — owns its data in WIPJar, including the relationship graph derived from connected mailboxes. If a member departs or is removed, the organization retains the graph; the departing member's mailbox stops contributing.

Connecting a mailbox

Connecting a mailbox is a separate consent from signing in. By connecting a mailbox you represent that you are authorized to connect it and to grant WIPJar the access described in the Privacy Policy. WIPJar reads message headers only, as described there, and never sends mail from your mailbox.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: connect a mailbox you are not authorized to connect; attempt to access another organization's data; probe, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service; use the service to violate law or the rights of others; or resell the service without our written agreement. Usage limits (such as history windows, message volumes, and connected-mailbox counts) are described in the product and may change.

Your data; our service

Your organization retains ownership of the data it provides and the relationship data derived from it. You grant WIPJar a license to process that data solely to provide, secure, and improve the service. WIPJar and its licensors own the service, software, and everything in it other than your organization's data.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time; an administrator may remove members or disconnect mailboxes at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or to protect the service. On account deletion, data is handled per the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

WIPJar is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiwi Bar, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars or the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to account holders by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
